Text Message Terms and Conditions

Sgt. Clean Car Wash sends text messages to Unlimited Wash members from 888-470-9274. By providing your mobile number when you join or update your membership, you agree to receive these messages under the terms below.
What we send
- Account alerts about your membership billing, such as a declined or expiring payment card, with a link to update it
- One member survey each year asking how we are doing, with a single reminder if you have not responded
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages from this number.
How often
Message frequency depends on your account activity. You will receive no more than 3 messages about any one billing issue and no more than 2 survey messages per year.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to 888-470-9274 at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts from this number. Reply START to opt back in.
Stopping texts does not change your membership. You will no longer receive billing alerts by text, but we will continue to contact you by email.

Consent is not a condition of membership
You can join and remain an Unlimited Wash member without agreeing to receive text messages.
Your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this page, and continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
